What does the perfect mug size feel like? We really want to get the mug handle nestled securely in your palm for maximum effect.
Let's start with your lower palm. It's the strongest part of your hand for pushing and we want it to wrap around the bottom part of the handle. Strong pushing means you can hold a heavy mug for a long time even with a gentle grip. Remember how you used to death-grip a traditional loop-style handle?
Now let's look at your upper palm. When your hand curls it makes a super secure nesting place and we want it to wrap around the middle of the handle. You now have way more leverage to support the mug when you tilt it to take a sip. Plus, your index finger can squeeze to stabilize the mug when you're on the move.
